By accessing or using the Razqual Portal, database verification services, or ATC portal features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from utilizing any services hosted on our platform.
All training curricula, assessment structures, logos, website contents, design templates, and verification system algorithms are the exclusive intellectual property of Razqual. No part of our database or syllabus may be reproduced, reverse-engineered, or distributed without formal, written authorization.
Accredited Training Centers (ATCs) are required to maintain strict adherence to Razqual facility requirements, trainer standards, and assessment criteria. Razqual reserves the right to conduct unannounced audits or remote quality verifications. Non-compliance may result in immediate suspension of ATC status and registry access.
Only qualifications issued through authorized ATCs and validated by a registered invigilator/assessor will be indexed on the official Razqual Digital Registry. Razqual reserves the right to revoke any certificate found to have been issued fraudulently or without satisfying mandatory performance exams.
Razqual sets qualification standards but does not directly deliver training. Therefore, Razqual shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, regulatory penalties, or operational failures occurring at ATC premises or in worksites where Razqual-certified candidates are employed.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austin, TX, USA, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Austin, TX, USA.
