We collect candidate registry details (full name, registration number, course title, and photo when supplied by the training center) for credential issuance and public verification purposes. For ATCs and administrators, we collect professional contact details and transaction logs.
The primary purpose of collecting candidate data is to maintain a secure, immutable registry of certified professionals. This registry can be queried by employers or third-party agencies with permission from the candidate using the unique Certificate ID.
We deploy industry-standard database encryption protocols (SSL/TLS in-transit and AES-256 at-rest) to ensure candidate records and partner details are protected from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.
Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), you may have the right to request a copy of your records or require rectification of incorrect certification details. To exercise these rights, please contact your Accredited Training Center or file a support ticket with us.
