The Award in Work at Height-Train the Trainer course prepares experienced personnel to deliver effective Work at Height training, combining technical subject knowledge with practical instructional skills. The course covers introduction to Work at Height; work at Height Hazards and Risk Identification; risk Assessment and Control Measures; safe Working Practices for Work at Height; training Skills and Adult Learning Principles. On completion of this RAZQUAL qualification, learners will be able to understand the key principles of Work at Height, identify and control associated risks, apply safe and compliant working practices, and respond effectively to workplace emergencies. This qualification is suitable for experienced personnel who deliver workplace training.
